The 18-point filmed PDI

Every vehicle passes this checklist before crating — filmed per VIN, uploaded to a shared folder you can open before the container seals. A bike that was never started in China becomes your problem at destination; we make sure that never happens.

Payment terms

First order

30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against PDI videos + loading report before vessel departure. Alibaba Trade Assurance escrow accepted.

Repeat orders

Terms negotiated order by order as the relationship builds — including L/C for larger containers.

What we never do

Ask for 100% upfront on a first order, or change beneficiary accounts mid-transaction. Verify our bank details by video call any time.

Warranty & parts policy — the honest version

Cross-border warranty on vehicles is mostly a fiction — nobody ships a bike back to China. What actually works, and what we commit to, is this:

  • Transit & assembly-defect claims: report within 14 days of container arrival with photos/video against our loading report — confirmed defective parts are replaced free in your next shipment, or credited.
  • Parts-first support: every order ships with a matched spare-parts kit, and you keep a standing parts account — the fix for most field issues is a same-day part swap at your workshop, not a claim war.
  • What we don’t promise: engine rebuild coverage, wear items, or damage from misassembly at destination. Anyone promising you that from China is planning to disappear when you invoke it.
